Custom Tiny Homes

Quality Building

Each custom Tiny Heirloom is a unique and custom creation in itself. But it goes far past the aesthetic design. The quality of construction is equally, if not more, important to us as the design and overall look of all our custom tiny homes. From the way we build it to the construction materials we use, we go above and beyond to ensure that each Tiny Heirloom is second to none.

Interior Design

However unique they may be, each Tiny Heirloom tiny home has a similarity: unmatched quality and beauty. The level of attention and detail that goes into each interior can only be felt when you step inside. Our finish carpenters, welders, tile setters and countless other skilled trades work together to create what many have called ‘fine artwork’.

Collaborative Process

Our Custom Design Philosophy is simple: Start with a blank page and assume everything is possible until proven otherwise. Our design team works closely with you to bring your visions and dreams to reality and create a one of a kind tiny home that truly appeals to all your senses. When you see your finished tiny home for the first time you’ll be rewarded with a sense of accomplishment and pride: you’ve designed something amazing that, literally, started with a blank page.

Exteriors

As the first defense against natural elements, we pride ourselves on creating a tight envelope that will stand up to harsh conditions. We use cedar siding on our exteriors which not only saves weight but stands up to weather better than other traditional wood sidings. To top it off, our roofs are either a membrane or standing seam metal roofs. Our metal roofs shed rain, reflect heat and ignore snow and ice. With a longevity second to none it is suited to every climate. The metal roof is made with 100% recycled material making it a clear choice for a Tiny Heirloom.

Sustainability

Lessening your footprint goes beyond physical square footage. Going ‘off-grid’ electrically has more than one benefit that any ecological individual should consider. Financial savings, energy independence and benefiting the environment to name a few. We’ve made it easy to have a solar set up incorporated into your tiny house to power it with clean renewable energy. In addition to all of that, our homes are also built with 100% renewable energy.

Innovation

At Tiny Heirloom we pride ourselves in challenging the “impossible”. We assume that everything is possible until proven otherwise. We never throw an idea out just because its never been done before and even while creating a new system or bringing to life a radical vision, our uncompromising pursuit of perfection drives us on to innovation. With your vision and our expertise, you can rest assured that your completed Tiny Heirloom will be as impressive as the one you dreamed that started it all.
