  1. First tiny house that actually makes me want to give up my 5bed 3bath. Wife is always dropping hints about going tiny and for once I can see the potential.

  2. Love this home. It feels comfortable and grown-up yet chic and relaxed. Especially love the king bed! This one is a keeper.

  3. i’m in the military and me and my wife are thinking of getting of a tiny house later on down the road and really like the style of this house, our issue is we plan on placing it in Hawaii where we plan to stay. We need to know how much the blueprint plans are for this home if any and is there specific materials that were used that may not be up to code with Hawaii?

    1. Thanks for the inquiry, right now we do not sell blue prints, but we do sell DIY shells which you can look into here. We build within RVIA certification so that our homes can be listed as RVs which should be within building code in Hawaii.

  4. Wow… all I can say is wow. Who needs a traditional home when you could have a mansion like this tiny home. Seven years… seven years and I can make my dream of a tiny home a reality.

  5. So, it’s possible to purchase one of your homes in the US; specifically Colorado? Where could one find further information regarding this particular build? Of course, I understand it’s customized for that particular individual, and there are a few changes I’d likely consider, but would it be possible to have something basically similar in some areas, e.g., The lofts, bath decor, kitchen appliances, etc?

    1. It is definitely possible! We have built homes for people all over the country. If you want more information on this build and/or information on our build and design options go to contact us, take action, and fill out an info form and we will be in touch.

    1. Great question and sorry for the delayed response! We can build a home and offer free shipping on our custom homes anywhere within the contiguous states. So we can ship it for free to the border and you would handle shipping the rest of the way. 🙂

  6. I love this house….Need to know cost to build along with how one gets up to the lofts and what is the height in each loft ?

    1. Hi there! A custom home like this one starts at $89,000. You would access the loft by a ladder that would hook to the side of the loft (it’s just not shown in picture). And, You typically have around 4 feet clearance when in the loft. 🙂

  7. Wait that’s a tv reflecting the light & not a fireplace…right? It wouldn’t be possible to put a working fireplace in a travel trailer, right…or would it?!

    1. Actually this home has both! The TV slides remotely up and down from the loft down to the living room! When it slides up to the bedroom it reveals the electric fireplace hidden behind it while in the living room. We’ve put electric fireplaces in our tiny homes several times! 🙂

  8. Tiny Home Big Outdoors: This design is beautiful, livable, uncramped — with GORGEOUS finishes throughout. If we can fill some of the ‘blank space’ with clothing storage (rods, drawers, hooks), make a few simple swaps (2-burner induction, micro-hood, single sink), add loft railing & a ceiling fan), this will meet my requirements to build. Yay!! Just one thing… LADDERS, they don’t work for me. Is there an option and a place to incorporate stairs? Thank you in advance. This truly is a stunning home, well done!

    1. Hello Dee, thanks for the kind words! The beautiful thing about all of our homes being custom is the limitless options we have! Custom means endless options! You dream it up, and we turn that dream into a reality! When you’re ready to build your home, we would love the chance to work with you!

  9. Love, Love all your homes…….I will have a few design ideas of my own when it comes time………sooner than later……..this beauty will be the basis of my dream…..

    1. Thanks for the kind words Terry! Lot’s of questions are welcomed, and encouraged! We would love to work with you in building your dream tiny home! Let’s make that dream a reality! 🙂

  10. Amazing design and finishing. Would it be possible to disclose final dimensions, square footage and weight? I’m trying to get a sense of the portability of the home.

    1. Hello Darlene! This was a home we built custom for a client. The base price for our custom homes like this one start at $89,000 and the final price depends on how many “bells and whistles” you pack into it, like technological upgrades, size and what kind of materials you choose!

  11. I absolutely love the interior design in this tiny house! I’ve been following tiny houses for years and out of all of the emerging tiny house companies, Tiny Heirloom has always been my favorite. It’s always a task to give every square foot a function-with that said, I truly think you guys hit the nail on the head with this one!

    1. Thank you Anna! We take pride in our work and love what we do, so it’s always nice to hear our work is appreciated by others! 🙂

  12. I am just one of many who is impressed with this tiny and hoping to have one if her own some day. I’ve gathered a lot of info just reading all of the questions and your answers here. I just want to be clear on a few things. I would want to have this in some yet to be determined area in Oregon. You deliver it for free to the lot or acre of land I’ll eventually purchase for this tiny, did I read that correctly?

Does someone stay long enough to help me get everything settled? Or show me around this tiny, so to speak? And if you deliver and I plan to stay put that would mean I really do not have to own a larger than life truck, right? Ha, haaa, I like that a lot!

Do you also give us the 411 on exactly what type of water, sewer ( Are compostable toilets? Or no? ) and electricity hook ups I’d need on the property for this home? Who do I get to hook all that up? Or is this made to run to the RV dump site every other week?

Is there any type of warrenty that comes with your homes? Something that covers the appliances, the roof, etc, etc, etc?

So many questions.. you need a FAQ page for folks like us! Thanks so much! Can’t wait to get started on this!

    1. Thanks for reaching out Lisa! These are all great questions. We do indeed offer free shipping of our custom tiny homes anywhere within the contiguous United States! 13. I love this house and all of them that you build. I guess being a native Oregonian living now in the Midwest I yearn for this Northwest look and feel. Nothing can compare to the beauty of it. One question: where is the intended clothes area for this home? Is there hanging space anyway for jackets etc? I know there are spots that could be modified but just wondered in this particular build what the plan was. Thanks for sharing and the all the great work you do!

    1. Thanks for the kind words, Lori! If you note the cabinetry between the end of the kitchen counter top and the living room, this cabinet was intended for storage of clothing. Every so often we reveal a home, though it may still need a couple finishing touches and this happens to be one of those homes. 🙂 Later, after the reveal of the home, we installed cabinet doors making it more of a secluded storage space.

  14. I love the work you do! So very jealous I don’t have the carpentry/building skills to do my own, but I would afford this in a heartbeat. Love to watch you build them nevertheless!

    1. The longest trailer we’ve built a custom home on that can still be easily towed on a public road without needing permits was a 37′ gooseneck trailer! It depends on how you plan to use the home. If you plan on being an avid traveler then we suggest a 37′ trailer or smaller. The smaller the trailer the more easily it can maneuver during travels! 🙂

  15. Hi, would you all be willing to build a fixed custom-home (not necessarily “tiny”) that’s approximately 800-1000sq. ft?

    1. Hello Jay!

Though we haven’t built any fixed tiny homes yet, it is something that we are considering doing in the near future if enough interest by our clients is shown. 🙂 We have built a park model home which is the biggest we have built so far, measuring in at 35′ long. Our client also had a second trailer built that could be parked parallel to it, making a convenient deck to the home. This is an option if you are looking for a tiny home that is still mobile (with permits) but intended for long term parking. 🙂

  17. Hello Tiny Heirlooms
I just discovered your website last night and have really enjoyed browsing through your gallery.
This is my favourite floorplan, although I do love the idea of a rooftop deck as well.
Do you have any more images of the bathroom? Also, is it possible to install a small working fireplace/pot belly?
    Thank you!

    1. Hello Catherine!

We are glad you like it! A roof top deck can be built on to nearly any design per request by our clients. Unfortunately, I believe we don’t have anymore photos of the bathroom of this particular home. To answer your other question, we have installed various types of fire places in our homes in the past, whether that be electric or propane! 🙂
