If the issue is with an appliance, in most cases the manufacturer will handle the warranty directly. Please be sure to register all of your appliances under your information using the appliance’s manual/warranty registration card.

After your warranty request has been received, Tiny Heirloom will evaluate the request and either provide assistance remotely or schedule a visit by a Tiny Heirloom team member or authorized contractor.
