I would like to know how much this exact house cost to make please.
Thanks for reaching out! Although we can’t disclose the final cost of this particular home as it is a custom home and privately owned, we can tell you that a the base price for a custom home such as this starts at $89,995, and with add-ons would go up from there.
If I had been this client, I would have had an extra long dining room table with sides that could fold down and storage for the seats underneath so I could have large dinner parties. Just my 2 cents…
Love your work! We are starting to work on concepts for our tiny home, you guys are giving us some awesome inspiration!
Thank you for the kind words, that is great to hear! We would love to build you your dream tiny home!
For this house house house how much do it cost?
Hi Anna, thanks for reaching out! Although we can’t disclose the price a specific customer paid for this home, we can tell you that a custom home such as this starts at $89,000 and the final cost depends on what type of add-ons are requested, types of materials used, and if there are any technological additions. All of these things can be requested and purchased by the owner of the home depending on their personal needs and tastes! 🙂
I love your tiny homes! Do you build on-site tiny homes on a foundation with approximately 600-900 sq ft?
That’s a great idea!
This is one of the best designs I have seen, and a fabulous kitchen. Can I ask how long the kitchen is and what type of cooktop and oven that you put in, is it propane? Also what is the total length and size of this tiny house?
Hello Linda, thanks for reaching out! The kitchen measures out to 14′ long, the overall width is 8′,6″, and the trailer is a gooseneck style measuring 30′! The kitchen features Walnut slab counter tops, and a Furion Propane cooktop! 🙂
Love every single one of these featured homes. My boyfriend and I are interested in building a custom tiny home in the future. He currently works for a lumber distributor that Tiny Heirloom will come purchase from & he has nothing but great things to say about you guys. What kind of hookups are required in order to have a washing machine, running water, etc. Does the electricity come from running a generator? Just curious about all the technical pieces that come along with living in a tiny home.
Thanks so much for the kind words, and that’s awesome about your boyfriend! What a small world! The electrical system works much like a traditional RV. If you are not off grid you will need to be plugged into the grid through a provided 30amp or 50amp cord that will power your house! This same system also allows the home to be powered with a generator as well! As for the washer, we use a washer/dryer combo unit. We design it to drain into your grey water tank, as our water system is the same style as a travel trailer and can be tied into other water sources the same way any RV can! Hope that helps answer you questions! 🙂
Hey Jonathan! Are you able to tell me how much this particular build weighs? It may sound weird but depending on the truck (and towing capacity) I can afford will depend on the kind of tiny home I can get from you guys!!
Hello! Sorry for the delayed response. That doesn’t sound weird at all, it sounds like your prepared! This home is right around 21K lbs. 🙂
I am also interested in this plan. Can I get in touch with whoever I need to get quotes and architectural designs.

Can you please tell me the dry weight of this fifth wheel and the dimensions? Also, we want to get an idea of how much we could save in terms of weight if we built our fifth wheel tiny house using steel framing as opposed to wood framing. So to get an idea, let’s say we built a stick-built fifth wheel tiny house that had a dry weight of 17,000 lbs (30’ x 13’6’ x 8’6”). Roughly how much would it be with your steel framing?
Great question! With steel framing you would roughly save 700 to 1000 lbs. 🙂
Can you please tell me the dry weight of this fifth wheel and the dimensions?
This home is 38′,8’6″x13’6″ and weighs roughly 21 thousand pounds. 🙂

Hello Julie! All of our custom homes, like this one start at $89,995.
This is the 30ft..what home was it that was 38ft?
Hey there! Sorry for the confusion. The main part of this home is 30′ long but the additional gooseneck portion adds an extra 7′ making it 37′ in overall length!
love your homes!! Is it possible to build a tiny home that’s not so tiny with full size appliances and bathrooms? Is there a max size your work with?
Hello Carla, thanks for the kind words and great question! We build most of our homes within the legal dimensions for towing on a public road, being 8’6″ wide, 13’6″ tall and anywhere from 12′ to 37′ long. We can build bigger homes but the bigger they get the less mobile they become as they require permits to move them so we tend build the smaller, more mobile tiny homes more often. The biggest home we’ve built was 38′ long and 14′ wide! Though it still sits on a trailer, it was intended to be moved less frequently, and currently resides in Hawaii! You can check out the gallery to that home by clicking the link!
This kitchen is so beautiful!
I live in Seattle and am wondering if you take on projects in Washington?
