WARRANTY CLAIMS

In the unfortunate event that you are experiencing an issue with your tiny home, please fill out the form below with as much information as possible. In some cases, the warranty can be affected by one of the multiple manufacturers that we use, such as an appliance, windows, or doors. Please specify what the issue is and we will handle the warranty directly with one of our providers.

Tiny Heirloom will be registering all third-party manufactured items, such as your appliances, with the manufacturer directly.


Please allow 24-48 business hours from receipt of warranty claim and a tiny home specialist will contact you directly.

    After your warranty request has been received, Tiny Heirloom will evaluate the request and either provide assistance remotely or schedule a visit by a Tiny Heirloom team member or authorized contractor. We stand by our quality and customer service, and will do everything in our power to resolve the issue.
