WARRANTY CLAIMS

I consent to the date of signing and acknowledge that I will be contacted by the builder/manufacturer's authorized representative within 24-48 business hours for follow up questions and/or troubleshooting my warranty claim. I further acknowledge that if the manufacturer deems the issue to be caused by any acts to be in direct violation of the warranty clauses of the Limited Warranty Agreement, then the warranty claim will be considered invalid and any work that needs to be performed will be at the expense of the homeowner.

After your warranty request has been received, Tiny Heirloom will evaluate the request and either provide assistance remotely or schedule a visit by a Tiny Heirloom team member or authorized contractor. We stand by our quality and customer service and will do everything in our power to resolve the issue.
